BioRev Ingredients Continued
In looking at the ingredient list, we’ve noted a few important ingredients in bold. But that doesn’t mean that the other ingredients are less important. These are just the ones that form the basis for the cleanse idea.
- Psyllium Husk – This is the equivalent of taking a fiber supplement. It’s great for keeping your bowel function regular, and for preventing constipation. In addition, it helps to “clean” your bowels from blockages that cause the above issues.
- Aloe Vera – Aloe Vera is a natural diuretic, meaning it helps you go. Combined with Psyllium husk, it’s the basis for 99% of colon cleanses on the market today.
- Calming Ingredients – There are a lot of ingredients included in this formula that are designed to keep your bowels from getting too inflamed during this process. They include; Ginger Extract, Clove Bud, Liquorice Extract and Dandelion Extract. As to if the calming properties of these ingredients are based in science, we can’t say for certain.
As to the other ingredients found in BioRev, they’re pretty standard fare for cleanse supplements like this one.
BioRev Side Effects
The most common side effects from colon cleanses like BioRev usually have to do with dehydration. When you take a diuretic, you’re going more than normal, but most people don’t up their water intake to account for it. This dehydration can also lead to a drop in electrolytes. Another welcome/unwelcome side effect is that it might be clearing out your gut bacteria. While a lot of cleanse manufacturers claim that this is a benefit because it’s “cleaning out bad bacteria”, for some people with a healthy gut flora, this isn’t a benefit at all.
BioRev Pills | How To Use Well
If you want to use BioRev Pills and avoid the above side effects, we recommend doing a few things.
- Drink plenty of water – Because the most common side effects is dehydration, we recommend that people who take a cleanse supplement drink more water than they typically do. When in doubt, drink more water.
- Eat bananas – It might sound bananas, but when you’re going more than normal, you’re losing a lot of water and electrolytes. It’s essential that you replace those electrolytes. While you probably get enough sodium in your day to day life, potassium is a little harder to come by. That’s why we recommend you eat a bunch of bananas.
- Talk with your doctor – We can’t stress this piece of advice more. Before starting any new supplement, herbal or otherwise, talk with your physician. They’ll be able to give you a rundown on potential interactions and side effects.

Frequently Asked Questions for BioRev Cleanse
I want to use BioRev Cleanse, but I have a preexisting condition. Can I still use it?
We don’t advise that people with existing health issues use BioRev Cleanse. If you insist on using BioRev Cleanse Capsules, talk with your doctor first. They can let you know the full risks that may arise.
How long should I take BioRev Cleanse?
We can’t speak for all people, but we don’t recommend taking Bio Rev Cleanse for more than two months at a time. Honestly, we think it’s best used periodically for a week at a time.
My package didn’t deliver, what should I do?
Contact customer service, we can’t do anything for you here.
I’ve heard that GC Rocket should be paired with Bio Rev Cleanse, is that right?
We’ve seen this pairing advertised, too. BioRev Cleanse and GC Rocket would make a good pair, mostly because they don’t step on each other’s toes. GC Rocket, of course, is a Garcinia cambogia supplement from the same company. Used in conjunction, they should make your weight loss efforts more aggressive. Again, it’s worth chatting with your MD before trying any supplement, let alone two new ones.
